Synopsis

A story about jelousy, infidelity and infertility with the dramatic background of the black rocky volcanic coast of Gran Canaria. Lilian and Rafael need an anonymous donor to have a child. But Rafael strongly resists this idea. Luis, Lilian´s gay old friend from youth, arrives in town. Daniel also reappears in their lives. He is a soldier who comes back from Afganistan, with whom Lilian is off to an extra-matrimonial adventure.

Director´s Bio

Eduardo Martinón graduated in Fine Arts in Barcelona University and studied Film and Television in UCLA, United States, where he received his first award to his short animation film “High Thinking, Simple Living”. He has worked as a comedy writer for Spanish television and has earned three different grants for his short film projects, being the writer and director in all of them. His short format projects have received various awards and nominations, including the Foro Canario Award at Las Palmas International Film Festival and the International Brooklyn Festival in New York.
